You can safely use the following oils when nursing:
- Bergamot
- Clary Sage
- Grapefruit
- Geranium
- Lavender
- Lemon
- Melaleuca
- Patchouli
- Roman Chamomile
- Sandalwood
- Wild Orange
- Ylang Ylang
*The use of Peppermint while breastfeeding can decrease milk supply. It can be used sparingly.
