Our bath salts recipe could be just what you’re looking for if you need a mood enhancer in a hurry!
In a Mason jar, mix 1/2 cup of Epsom salts and 1/2 cup of rock salt. Add 20 drops of our favorite essential oil and shake well. Add a spoonful of salts to the running bath water.
Add different essential oils for different effects:
- Lavender to relax
- Sweet Orange to cheer you up
- Eucalyptus to clear sinuses
- Bergamot if you’re stressed
- Feeling sad? Try some Jasmine!
