Being a night owl, I have a hard time getting up and getting ready for the work day. My favorite thing to do that really shakes me awake, is to pop a drop of Peppermint essential oil on my tongue. That one drop of Peppermint really makes sure I’m alert!
I may start every day with a cup of coffee (or three), but my water bottle is always close at hand. And every time I fill my water bottle, I add Lemon essential oil. We’ve spoken before about all the wonderful reasons Lemon is a good addition to your water! Just do it!
There is no doubt that some of us have stressful jobs. You may find it easier to sail through your day if you try a combination of equal parts of a grounding blend and a calming blend. I just put 6 drops of each in a roller bottle and top it up with Fractionated Coconut Oil and put it on my wrists and sniff away! It has been dubbed “Liquid Xanax” – but never having used Xanax, I couldn’t really compare the two. I DO know that it makes the day much more bearable!
If you have trouble focusing at work,Peppermint essential oil and Orange essential oil may be the blend for you! Mix equal parts (I use 40 drops of each) in a roller bottle, and then top up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Use on the back of the neck when you need that laser focus!
