There are many essential oils that support female issues. Some of the oils are Geranium, Clary Sage, Lavender, Cypress, Peppermint, and Marjoram.

Clary Sage is another favorite for female issues. As with any of these oils, it can be rubbed on the abdomen to help ease menstrual pain. In addition, a hot compress can be applied after the oils are applied. The heat of the compress helps “push” the oils into the system, bringing relief faster.
A blend to ease menstrual pain
My favorite is a blend of 11 oils that helps to relieve the pain of cramping. It is a great multi-purpose oil for females as it also provides relief from nausea, hot flashes, and the emotional swings that come with the hormone cycle. The blend contains Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Fennel, Carrot Seed, Palmarosa and Vitex.
It also helps support healthy hormone levels, PMS, and menopause. If you are experiencing nausea, hot flashes, and emotional swings, try putting this blend on the bottoms of the feet (gets into the system quicker because that’s where the pores are the largest). Putting it over the heart will help with mood swings.
If you are somewhere where it’s not convenient to slip your shoes off, just inhaling the blend will help.
